By using Fantelly you agree to these terms. Fantelly is a free, unofficial fan prediction game for entertainment only, intended for users aged 16 and over.
Your account
- You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — keep access to that inbox secure.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate others or create accounts to game the leaderboard.
Fair play
Don't cheat, automate play, abuse other users, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
No prizes, no paid entry
There are no cash prizes and no paid entry to any prize competition. Paid features — such as unlocking a larger private league, a co-admin slot, standings export, or a supporter badge — provide extra capacity or convenience only. They never grant points, affect results, or award prizes. Fantelly is not gambling or betting.
Payments and refunds
- Paid features are one-off purchases handled by Stripe (e.g. league unlock £15/season, supporter badge £3).
- Refunds: a full refund is available on a league unlock up to the season's second live show.
Scoring and admin decisions
Results are recorded only after the relevant show has finished broadcasting. Our decisions on results, grading, and any scoring disputes are final.
Availability
Fantellyis provided “as is”. It's a small independent project — we may change, pause, or withdraw features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this entertainment service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
