Fantelly is an independent, unofficial fan game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to the BBC, ITV, any other broadcaster, any production company, or any television programme or its producers.
Programme and contestant names
Any television programme names and contestant names are used only as plain factual references to events that have been publicly broadcast. We do not use any logos, photography, fonts, or trade dress of any broadcaster or programme. All trade marks and rights remain the property of their respective owners.
Entertainment only
Fantelly is a prediction game played for fun and bragging rights. It is intended for users aged 16 and over. Predictions and scores have no monetary value.
No prizes, no gambling
There are no cash prizes and no paid entry to any prize competition. Paid features (such as larger private leagues) provide extra capacity and convenience only — they never buy points, results, or prizes. Fantelly is not a gambling or betting service.
Scoring decisions
Results are only recorded after the relevant show has finished broadcasting. Decisions made by Fantelly on scoring, grading, and disputes are final.
